$1 Days at the MCM Elegante

Right now we all could use a little good economic news. Well how about this? When you book a reservation online at the MCM Elegante Hotel, you have the chance to receive your room for only $1. It's easy and fun.

RULES & GUIDELINES FOR THE $1 PROMOTION:

• 15-Minutes each day between the hours of 8AM AND 8PM, every reservation made through our website, who book within this 15-minute time frame, will receive a special rate of only $1 + 13% tax per night.

• Only Winners of this $1 Promotion will be notified by email within 24-hours of booking.

• 5-Rooms are allotted per day for the $1 Promotion. You can still win even though you do not book within the 15-minute time frame!!  Only reservations made through our website will be eligible for the $1 Per Night Promotion!  A random selection process will occur daily to pick our winners to meet our 5-Room allotment per night.

• If you are a winner:  You can NOT extend your stay at the $1 per night.  Any additional nights needed, which were not originally booked through our website, will be at the Best Available we are offering for the night or nights in question.

• Random Selection Reservations will be notified at check-in that they won the $1 per night.  You will NOT receive an email notification such as our winners who book within the 15-minute time frame.  You will be notified at check-in.

• If you win the $1 Promotion:  Reservation can NOT be modified in any way or canceled through our website for the date or dates originally booked.  Room type can also NOT be modified once the reservation is made to keep the $1 Per Night Promotion.

• 3 Night Maximum is allowed for the $1 Promotion. 1 to 3-Nights are only allowed for the $1 Per Night Promotion.  Book over 3-Nights, the remaining nights will be at the rate you booked through our website.

• Only 1-Room Per Name will be eligible for the $1 per night based on the check-in date.  If you book more than 1-Room for the same date within the 15-minute time frame, any additional reservations booked will be the rate plan selected. If we have not met our 5-Room allotment per night, these additional rooms you are needing will be part of our 5-Room allotment process.

• We will only honor 1-winning stay, per guest name, every 30-days from the last $1 winning.  Keep in mind, If we have not met our 5-room allotment per night, guest's name will be part of our random selection process.

• Only 5-Attempts are allowed per day.  This is figured by the Name on the Reservation, Email Address,and Credit Card Number. If you win the $1 per night on the 6th attempt, this reservation will not be eligible, but will still be apart of the random selection we have daily.

• PLEASE REMEMBER:   If you make duplicate reservations arriving on the same day with the hopes of receiving the $1 Promotion, make sure you are canceling by 6pm on your day of arrival any rooms in which you do not need!  You can not cancel any reservations at check-in, but rather through our website as your reservation was made due to fees charged to the hotel for every reservation made through our website.

• PLEASE REMEMBER:  You do not have to try to book your reservation ONLY on the day you are wanting to check-in!!  Book within the 15-Minute time frame and you are a Winner for any day of the year as long as this $1 Promotion is available.

• Planning to Pay with Cash?:   If you win the $1 Promotion per night and wish to pay with cash, keep in mind that there is a deposit for any incidentals you may have during your stay.  This deposit will be reimbursed the morning of check-out or mailed to you on the next business day.  This policy is not only for our $1 Per Night Winners, but also for all cash paying guest.

• Making the Reservation for someone else and you the win the $1 Promotion:   If you receive notification that you are a winner, you may keep the $1 per night for the same room type selected, or keep for yourself with a future visit on the date of your choice.  Make sure you specify that you would like this offer for yourself in the "Comments Section" of the reservation in which you are making.
